Abstract
We extend the familiar assignment in toric geometry which associates polytopes to line bundles on toric varieties to an equivalence of categories between equivariant coherent sheaves on a toric n-fold and constructible sheaves on R^n. The equivalence -- the coherent-constructible correspondence -- can be viewed as a categorification of Morelli's description of equivariant K-theory of toric varieties in terms of a polytope algebra. This talk is based on joint work with Bohan Fang, David Treumann and Eric Zaslow.
