Abstract

A brief comparison of catagoricity transfer results in the rst or- der case e.g Morley's Theorem and the Baldwin-Lachlin Theorem, versus the abstract elementary case. In particular we will explore catagoricity trans- fer results in the case of tame abstract elementary classes with arbitrarily large models, amalgamation, joint embedding, and some tameness hypothe- ses. In particular we will discuss results of Baldwin, Grossberg-VanDieren, Grossberg- VanDieren-Villaveces, Lessman, and Shelah.
