Abstract
A conservation law is a physical quantity that remains constant in time. In the theory of fluid dynamics there are laws that play a significant role in the study of geometry, stability and regularity of flows. For a fluid without internal friction of particles we know several conserved quantities such as energy, helicity, momenta, and enstrophy in 2D. In this talk we will discuss how these laws are derived, conditions under which they are valid, and physical phenomena in which they are implicated.
