Abstract

I will discuss forthcoming joint work with S. Filipazzi, F. Greer, M. Mauri, and R. Svaldi that (1) irreducible Calabi-Yau varieties admitting an abelian fibration, in any fixed dimension, form a birationally bounded class and (2) symplectic varieties admitting a Lagrangian fibration, in any fixed dimension, form an analytically bounded class.
