Abstract

Hartshorne proves that every Hilbert scheme of projective space is connected, and it is well-known that Hilbert scheme of points on connected set is connected. In this talk I will give details about the connectivity of Hilbert scheme, and also talk about other properties of Hilbert Scheme of points on an affine space.
