Abstract

The main goal of this talk will be to prepare the students for my talk in the analysis and applied mathematics seminar. Therefore I will make an introduction into semiclassical quantum mechanics where I will explain the basic framework and discuss some important applications and theorems. I will then use these techniques in a more general setting and give an introduction into space-adiabatic perturbation theory.
