Abstract

I will begin with an introduction to Frobenius splitting in the local algebraic spirit of Hochster and Roberts. That will include introductions to F-regularity and the F-signature. I will continue with an introduction to the global properties of F-splitting in the spirit of Mehta and Ramanathan.
